This is THE hole at the course. Both times I have played the course it has been
set in the 531' configuration. The tee shot is just absolutely brutal. It is a
perfectly straight shot down the "fairway" for about 300'. The view is the photo
on the right. I have never made it even half way down the fairway ;-)
Once you do, finally, make it the 300', you are greeted by an arrow nailed to a tree, which informs you of the next 270' that you have to go. This section is straight, with a really hard left at the end.
On the left you have that sign, then on the right you can see the sorta fairway on the
right side of the photo. I have circled the basket, but you may need to click for the
larger image to finally see the basket.
My best score ever on this hole is +6
Apparently the course has changed a little since I was last
there. I will, hopefully, get full updated images when I return
this Sept, but for now here are some updated images sent to me.
