lot to catch the ski lift? Leave that cumbersome trek behind and stay 100 steps from the main express lift. View
the Mary Jane ski area from the comfort of this fifth-floor condominium. Downstairs you fetch your skis from
your personal locker and ski onto the lift. You're also right in the middle of all the Base Village resort activities
and shops.
The condo is a three bedroom, three bath with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, cable TV, and in-room laundry. The
unit sleeps six in queen size beds, plus 2 more on the queen size foldout couch. Two Master bedrooms each have
queen size beds, TV, bathroom, and east valley view. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, hall bathroom,
east valley view. These luxurious condominiums have underground parking, exercise facilities, first floor retail
shops and restaurants, complementary shuttle bus, hot tubs, and numerous other amenities.

The facilities are exceptional, including fully secure Heated Parking in the basement of the Lodge, four outdoor
hot tubs, fitness room, game room, and on-mountain ski lockers. Our condo includes a large kitchen, gas-log

Summer activities feature an express mountain-bike lift at your doorstep, as well as Colorado's longest alpine
slide. There is also fishing, hiking, a championship golf course, horseback riding, and white water rafting; or you
can just plain relax with a great view of the slopes and all the Base Village activities.
