Our second layout was assembled at the 5th Annual United Northwest Model Railroad show at the Nile Temple in Montlake Terrace.

For the first time, we were able to put together a closed loop layout, having all four corners far enough along to run trains on all four lines.

We had hoped to be able to show a large 15 module layout, complete with a custom staging yard. Unfortunately, space restrictions forced us to cut the layout down to only the nine modules you see in this plan here.

Asside from a few operational glitches, the layout ran very smoothly. We had at least one 40 car train running throughout the whole show. At times we had as many as five trains running at once.

The layout was well received and we were given invitations to participate in several other events (including next year's show).
