Dave Kreitler did all the early work on this pair of modules. He came up with the original idea, did the track work, did a lot of the early scenery work, and did the building mock ups.

Eventually though, he ran out of space for these modules in his appartment and was forced to give them up. David Ward assumed ownership at that time.
