This week it was Ashot's 32 Birthday! We celebrated with dinner and a movie thanks to some handy grandparent babysitters. Kate's new toy is an exersaucer (it's an Evenflow ExerSaucer Mega Ultra if you're into those sort of details). She likes to be upright, jump, and throw her toys on the floor. Towards the end of the week, Laurie's sister Sandy came to visit from Minnesota. She brought a bunch of rain and cold weather with her, but we had a good visit, anyhow.

Kate is working on sitting this week, and likes things that make noises. She really enjoyed playing with a mylar balloon.
