Desolation Sound - 1996
Our friend Eric Lockard took a few days off and cruised to Nanaimo B.C. on Far Star. We met him, exchanged keys and took the boat the rest of the way north to meet our friend Rob Shurtleff who chartered a boat out of Comox B.C.
Desolation Sound - 1997
Once again, we head for Desolation Sound to rendezvous with our friends the Shurtleffs and the Lockards who are both chartering boats, and Lewis Levin on his sailboat Temerity. This year, we take the boat all the way there and back.
